Justinian Follis - Real or fake?

So I recently bought this follis of Justinian and I'm starting have doubts about it's authenticity. Do you see that weird line thing next to the S at the start of IVSTINIANVS? It's as high as the other letters, so it has to have been in the die? Could that theoretically happen? I bought it from a reputable dealer, so I didn't have any doubts until I noticed it. There's nothing else wrong about it, the weight, size, style, ect are all good.

It looks like it's part of the "S". OK coin to me.

Filled die? Looks fine to me. Actually a better than average one for coins like this.
