On every listing this is all I ever see: I'd appreciate it if you could show me where I would report this item if I chose to. Thank you.
@furryfrog02. This is the top of the listing. It's only an example. Don't want to report it. Would like to know how if I wanted to.
@furryfrog02 I have to scroll way down to the description until I see report item. When I click on it it takes me to a page where you have to select from 3 drop down menus. Problem is they are all "greyed out" so you can't select anything
Couldn't even choose one from the top. Thought it might have been because I hadn't signed in, but no signed in fresh and still the same
Huh weird. Perhaps because that listing was taken down? I just got an email from ebay a couple minutes ago saying it was relisted. Still as a 1909s vdb. I just reported it again.
I was going to report his new listing again but I cannot find the next page to where I type in the exact detail myself instead of ebay's few options. Do I have to be on another level on ebay than "above standard" I have now as a seller/buyer?
I honestly have no idea. I have very little experience with ebay outside of buying. I have only ever reported a few items. I am just using the drop down menus.
The coin is back on eBay, this time, satisfaction guaranteed. https://www.ebay.com/i/333683488698?ul_noapp=true
If someone is stupid enough to buy from the scammer, they deserve to be satisfied with wasting their money.
I reported it again, and even with others reporting it ebay doesn't seem to care. You are right furryfrog it's on the buyer now and if they can't see the 1919 which is clearly visible it's on them.
I mean you can obviously still see the 1 in 19. I've already gone ahead and reported the listing myself.
As P.T. Barnum once said, "there's a sucker born every minute" or, in this case, someone born without any functioning brain cells or the capacity to understand critical input.
