I'm showing two 1986-D Lincoln cents. Mint marks are in different locations and distance from date and angle. SingleShot0000.jpg SingleShot0001.jpg Error?

In 1986 the US Mint hand punched the mint mark on the die. Because of that the mint mark will show up in different locations. As long as it was in the general area below the date, it was acceptable. The last year they used the hand punch was 1989.
Your coin is not an error.

The top coin has a decent plating blister.
