All Classic DDD - Die Deterioration Doubling. That is caused by worn dies.
Nothing to do with a true DDO Variety.

Welcome to CT @BBoy1503. I can certainly see why you questioned this coin. Good eye. It is confusing with so many poorly minted Zincoln cents now. The plating is causing so many false errors that it is almost not worth checking them. At least for me. Good luck on your searches.
