Struck while partially collared????

    Ok this one was struck while it wasnt sitting quite right in the collar. What is a good term for this??? This is an MS 1961D Jefferson. Can anyone give me a rough idea as to value??? Thank You

    It's called a partial collar strike. Also called a railroad rim due to its appearance being similar to the wheel on a train car.
