    Interesting die chip. Almost looks like something was "dropped" on the coin. Nice find.

    Not like any BIE I've ever seen. Just looks like a die chip on the lower part of the E so I don't think I'd call this a BIE. Also the last 5 in the date shows signs of being a poor man's Doubled Die.
