Someone certainly did. I've seen toners sell several times in short time periods (one that I was following has been through three different people in under a year). That is usually a recipe for losing money.
I'll go with a 5 (To me it is a little bit better than the last one you posted which I called a high 4, so this one makes it into the 5 range).
That six pence is very pretty. I was going to go with a 4 because of some dullness on the obverse but since both sides toned nicely I'll give it a 5.
I also give it a "5" on the proposed scale. It's likely the closest coin I own to anything even remotely "monster" worthy. In hand it glows - it's one of my top 5 favorite coins...from among around 600 slabs. @ddddd you're up!

It's funny how different the PCGS and GC pictures differ. I'd give the coin in the PCGS photos a solid 4 but a high 2 to low 3 in the GC photos. I'm going to give it 3.
It doesn't let you watch it by just clicking the link? I'm not logged in (on my laptop) and I can watch it by just clicking the link.
I'm also a 3 on this one. IMO, from the photos and the instagram video, the reverse has some "terminal" (near black) toning, and it's a bit blotchy in the way it lays on the coin surface. There are some very pretty areas, but also some not so pretty. The obverse is a bit more delicately toned, but still a bit mottled.
Can anyone on here click on this Instagram link to see the video? https://www.instagram.com/p/BnFYWsCgM7b/
I give it a 3. I can say that before I had an Instagram I couldn’t view Instagram post or videos on my phone. They worked on a computer but on a mobile device it prompts you to sign in or create an account.
Maybe that is the issue here with those that are trying it on mobile. On my computer the video works (even if I'm not logged in). I can't test on mobile as I do have the app (I trust that it is the way you say).
