    Very nice coin! Congrats!
These were still circulating when I was a kid. NOT anything like this condition.

You're in better shape if you rate a MS-65 or higher and have FBL. Lol

That is a nice one! I love the super clean fields of the reverse and those solid bell lines. Nice pick up!

Sure would deeply appreciate it if more of us could help out us less than knowledgeable folks and remember to spell out these mysterious initials such as "FBL".

    It means "Full Bell Lines"

You are welcome. For info, when grading, proof coins are not included in the category as they are expected to have them anyway

It means Full Bell Lines as stated by @expat. If you look at the photo you can see 2 sets of lines running around the bell. To be FBL you can not have a disruption of those lines.

Proofs do not get the FBL as proofs are specifically minted. The same applies to FS (full step) Nickels or FT (full torch) Dimes.

Does FBL stand for "Full Butt Load"?

    Nice Franklin for sure.
And here I thought the FBL was Full Belly Lines. Lol. Seriously, FBL refers to which set of lines? Or both sets?

    Only if you're constipated.

The bell lines. There are 2 sets of them, an upper and a lower. To get an FBL all lines need to be present and unbroken on both sets.
