Do you think the nick in the profile would prevent it from a straight grade? If not what grade would you give it? https://www.ebay.com/itm/1799-Draped-Bust-Silver-Dollar/274427785451?hash=item3fe52bb0eb:g:x2kAAOSwa09fDdYA
Before you can say it would grade, you have to determine the die variety and see if it is a late die state. If it isn't, and the flatness is post mint damage, it's a no grade. At any rate, I would not get near this piece. These coins tend to come VF and better. Low grade pieces like this are hard to sell unless the price is dirt cheap. There is a "low ball" registry that PCGS runs. To me it's silly, especially since you will often end up paying big bucks for a low low grade coin, but each to their own.
VG details. I realize old copper gets a little leeway in the grading. But I don't like the ground off large circular areas on both sides. To me it's details. If a grader can see that coin in hand and determine it is natural wear and not details OK. I can't tell that from the photo provided.
