Found what looks like a twin penny that resorbed the other penny

    Weird looking penny I found going thru some coins any idea what that circle is looks melted in like a repair or something never seen it before it's a 1984 or 84d not sure thanks

    Your coins are just normal beat up coins from being used so much .As for the cent it is a copper plated zinc coin and the zinc coins are bad for the zinc rotting and makes the copper plating to have all kinds of weird looks. I hope this info. will help you learn. I see you are a new member so welcome to CT.
