1968 S Washington quarter RPM Help.

I can't get a real good close up of the mint mark, but looks to me to be a possible RPM-004? It has Die scratch marks near rim. Yay or Nay?

Your photos of the mint mark are a bit blurry so it's hard for me to tell but it doesn't look like RPM-004 of which I'm attaching a photo:

Thank you, Will try to get better MM picture and will update. I did look at Variety Vista and thought it looked closest to that one(it does have what looks like Die scratches along rim), also.

 

Hope these pics can give you more info. for determining what variety it might be if any. Thanks for any help with this coin.

 

From your bottom photo it's starting to look like RPM-001. You can contact John A. Wexler at jwex@comcast.net for advice/confirmation. It may even be one that's not listed. I'm not an expert on doubled dies but he is.
