One coin was not looking right within my 1883 Cameo Proof set and has now been found and added. A LONG time finishing and now back into first place where I believed this set belonged. This set was already the PUBLIC champion with over 5000 views but now is the technical champion.
Sweet! How many years did it take to build your set? At one time I made an attempt to start an 1867 proof set but circumstances forced me to sell some of the coins. Would you be able to post pictures of all of the coins in the set?
MY NGC registry set https://www.ngccoin.com/registry/competitive-sets/17289/ Takes a while for the signature to update here ...
AND Hawaii ( No I don't think so ) I was intrigued by the 3 Nickles and a 3 cent nickel. Making so called 4 nickels in one year. In 05 I had found a good deal on a generic proof set less the trade dollar and went for it. I noticed 3-4 coins out of the nine coins should have been CAM coins and they got re-designated as such on re-submittal. Then I decided to go for a complete CAM set all in NGC holders.
Next adventure is already known - not too exciting though. Upgrading certain coins in my Morgan Registry set.
I'm doing the same with a two album set of JFK's almost there! I know the feeling good luck and be safe.
