Faustina II denarius ignored for a dozen years or more

    Faustina Jr. has some of the most beautiful portraiture on Roman coinage in my eyes. It took me three tries to get to this aureus (liking but not loving the previous two):

    It did. I was looking forward to receiving it. The idea that someone stole it still bothers me. If I ever see it for sale somewhere, I'll be quite annoyed.
