    Seller dropped the price from $1,500. I sent a question as to how they know it is 95% copper...

    My favorite thing to do when I come across listings like that is to offer the seller a complete roll of the same coin for that price. I wonder why I never hear back from them.

    So, at $1000 because "it's old," that's a little more than $10 a year since its manufacture. I'll sell him this penny-sized bronze coin for $17,000 because it's 1700 years old:
