What's in a label...1959D MS65

    I was wondering about "how"what info. Is contained on graded coin. Just bought this off Ebay and after inspecting I see there are ( I think ) die breaks at neck running thru the 9 to rim. Also top of head going to "I". Also on reverse it looks like a couple more that almost looks like he has something in mouth. So with all that, how did this coin get a MS65?     Die breaks don't and shouldn't impact the grade. The coin is as struck.

    Die cracks/breaks have nothing to do with the grade.
