Not that I can see. It's a tribary note but that only means 3 digits were used. Nothing special about that.

Not for me. Take a look at the link that @SteveInTampa posted to see all of the "almost" serial numbers posted. Maybe we should call it "Just missed it." LOL
That's an almost keeper, that's the closest you can get to a mirror serial. I would add it to your other notes still if you think it's cool.
