I don't wanna toot my own horn ... But who am I kidding? Two of my threads were featured today, the one about the imitation Faustina denarius and one about a French Medal honoring a wet-nurse agency in the World Coins forum, bringing my total to 51 featured!
I'm at 28 and have never had two in the same day! Love your posts and appreciate the extensive knowledge that you share, brother RC...
Congratulations! 51 in less than five years is a lot. It seems that I have 10. And certainly never two in one day. (But then again I've only been here five months, so I'm coming up fast! Now that I'm aware of this, I'll have to start keeping a spreadsheet with everyone's statistics!)
Feel good dunnit? I think I got one each in two consecutive days. It’s nice to know that people like your content!
I am not a writer, researcher, nor an academic. I thoroughly enjoy participating here, I just enjoy it in different ways. Besides, why do all the work, when I can enjoy READING everyone else's cool posts?
I never had not even one, most probably never will , and as already said by @Alegandron, I enjoy reading and learning from all those interesting threads posted by so many knowledgeable members.
Every now and again I think I want to write a really nice article that might be featured. I get to work, but realize that I really can't compete with the knowledge and expertise of the experts here.
That is fantastic!! Each writeup is so well done too. We are so lucky to have you as part of our family . <3 <3 <3
Bravo RC. Every one of your thread shows the deepness of your numismatic knowledge. Hoping to read another 50 in the next months ! Maybe you're not, but I'm enjoying every day your LARGE collection and we are all learning from your great variety of coins. Thanks for sharing. And to @Peter T Davis , Merci beaucoup for featuring so many instructive threads here. I'm only a member for 1 1/2 years but I can see the quality and also quantity of interesting topics increasing months after months. Definitely CoinTalk is Number 1 !
Congratulations @Roman Collector That is a great accomplishment and the ones I’ve read were worthy of the kudos. -d
