Damaged 2019 W Lowell Quarter

    Found this quarter in a box of circulated coins. Does it look like someone didnt know what they had and Damaged it or does it look like something done in the mint?

    What a shame. That's hard to look at but still a keeper. Throw it into a box, jar or bag, something and tuck it away.
