    I agree. I definitely would buy a mint set based on past designs and would like the design to change after a period of time has passed.

    The new Commemerative silver dollar eagle , the only thing Ibought from the mint in years would be great , the flying eagle cent is great too , or lastly the standing eagle from the Walking Liberty half is another great one .

    I like the silver eagle comem. It would make a nice standard reverse.

    maybe they can use donkeys and elephants... one on each side of the coin..

    I went for steam engines. This a part of our history too. There are many, many train enthuasts out there. Know a good friend who goes on vacation taking train trips cross country. Just think of the detail involved in the design. Not sure what on the obverse side but don't want it to be a commemorative. zg:rolleyes:

    There are very feew things like the railroad which represent the growth of American power and strength here and abroad. Its a wonderful icon representation of America and her entrepreneurship

    Only if the coin is made of 1000 tons of titainium, lol. But no I can't yet do that but will give a college try. I think that's really clever what you guys/gals did. zg

    yeah there is a canadian beaver nickel, although the New Jefferson also looks like a Beaver.
