There is a thin date and a thick date. Yours looks like a thin date. Your photos are not clear enough to tell if you have an RPM.
I don't have the reference on my phone. Go to Variety vista. Click on doubled dies 59-96. On the left it will say design varieties. Then choose obverse design varieties. Scroll down to the date. The two examples are ODV-30 and ODV-31.
