Should I cross to NGC or...

    Hmm I'm not sure. If you crack it, it could come back Quest. color or a lower grade. If you cross it though, it would most likely get the same or higher grade and it would very likely get a star. I think crossing would be the better choice if you disregard costs.

    I don’t think she will cross over to NGC. They may not like the toning. This Morgan seems to be maxed out at 64+CAC.

    Why would you crack out a PCGS graded coin with a CAC sticker? That’s gold standard for those who believe in CAC. An NGC coin, even with CAC, does not get as much respect.

    Not in my opinion. I have an NGC preference, but buy the nicest coin in whatever holder.
