    Here we go again with my Sulpicius Galba denarius from the piggy thread, showing the Dei Penates on the obverse:

    PS: Why does the obverse bust on the right on my coin look like he has a Mohawk? What is that sticking up from the top of his head? It certainly doesn't belong to the bust on the left; nobody's head is that deep!

    Do you have any weight or diameter for that coin - I'll have a look in Younis Al-Qatanani's book on Nabataean coins over the weekend. There are many very similar ones and you might need more detail on the reverse to tell them apart.

    I'm not the most knowledgeable about things nautical. I hope this counts as a galley:
