It's just a hundred dollar bill. There's no fancy serial, it's not old or rare. OK it's in good condition. So what? Brand new bills come out every day. It is an older small head design, which some places won't even accept as it doesn't have the watermarks. $110 to a collector.
Looks like it just misses the fancy serial number of having 8 different digits - if one of the 4's would have been a 3. With that in mind I'm inclined to suggest it's overpriced but off the top of my head I do not know the rarity of a Series 1990 $100 in gem grade. You would have to research that to make a determination.
I would tend to agree with Michael K. I know he has experience with currency and I trust his judgement.
Has anyone looked at the "Fancy Serial Numbers" for sale on The Executive Coin Company site? https://www.executivecoin.com/category/286/fancy-serial-numbers I didn't see one that was fancy or special.
Found an almost really cool serial number today but accidentally spent it before I could scan it (definitely remembered this number though) would have spent it anyway but wanted to post it first... ahh well.. B 00655500 F
