304-316 Western Satraps AR drachm, Rudrasima II. There are guys on zeno.ru who can read this script and help attribute such coins. I rely on them extensively. 304-316 WS 1 d obv (2).JPG 304-316 WS 1 d rev (2).JPG

I had a fun time trying to make sense of mine, definitely an odd script style. I wish the portrait was as good as your example though!

Sri Lanka, 1236-1271 Parakrama Bahu II AE massa. I must assume that some of those marking on there are script in some archaic language. 1236-1271 Parakrama Bahu II obv (1).JPG 1236-1271 Parakrama Bahu II rev (1).JPG

Bhutan with both Latin and non-latin on it. Does anyone know if it says the same thing on both the top and bottom of the obverse?

This one looks like something J.R.R.Tolkien would have conjured up as coinage from Hobbiton

Here is an odd mix of interesting Chinese calligraphy and some nice geometric motifs.

I like that coin. I found a seller in Indonesia that had a few for sale in late March. They got stuck in the local postal system eventually returned to the sender. :(

That's a bummer! I really like them and would like to put together a better set someday but their prices are pretty steep for my collection. I love the crowded beautiful Arabic legend on this one.

1393 Mamluk AE F obv.JPG 1393 Mamluk AE f rev.JPG 1393 Mamluk AE falus. From what my mentors at zeno.ru tell me, "Mint and date are read almost completely." I look online and it seems to be Egypt, who ever was the current top boss there.
