So I won a lot in Bertolami's auction last weekend. I've contacted them twice and still haven't received an invoice by email or even a response. Anyone else having the same problem? Am I missing some easy way to pay for my lot on the website?

My experience with them is they can take up to two weeks to send invoices after auction.

Here's some other email addresses you may try to speed things up a bit.

I won two lots in E81. I received an e-mail from BFI a couple of weeks ago. They apologized for the delay. BFI is in the heart of Italy's corona virus outbreak and their office capacity was reduced. They said they expected to have invoices out in 2 weeks. That time passed.
    I got a second note on 6/10:
    Dear Mr.
We confirm you won lots .
I hope that we will send you the order (bill) via email as soon as possible.
    Best regards
    Bertolami Fine Arts
The pieces I won do not come to auction often. A month or two extra time would not change my bid. I would not bid on an item I wanted in less than a month.

Alright, that's good to hear. My concern was that the terms of sale were that payment had to made within a week of the auction's close!
OK, well, that kind of explains what's going on. I guess they'll get to it eventually. Thanks.

why show email in a public post? will be added from SPAMMERS in their list.

It's fixed, but why did you quote it so that I had to fix it in your post, too? ~Mod.

I received my invoice today. You should be fine, I guess. Not as fast as some other auction houses, but one week is fine in my opinion.

Yeah, I just checked my email and got mine as well.

As did I, along with a hefty shipping carge of £31,57.
Seems a bit over the top for two coins that sold for £210.
Did any of you receive a similar shipping charge?
One would think they'd make enough money on commissions...

If they're shipping with DHL or Fedex, that doesn't sound like a lot of money to me.

Costs on my invoice are 23 pounds. I do not know how they determine the costs.

I never bought from them before. Perhaps I was hasty and it does cost them as much, if they're using DHL or FedEx. I'm more used to 12 Euro or something thereabouts...

26.83 pounds for my shipping (1 coin). That seems like a lot to me too, given the 22% commission.
