1963 penny ms67?

It has a couple scratches buts it's super super clean. I had about 3 pounds of 1963 and this one from Philly was the best. I'm newb and grading is past me at the moment thanks again..

Unfortunately not one bit. The scratches there drop it down massively, but still a nice find to keep! MS67 has to have stunningly bright and beautiful luster (bright is key) with maybe one tiny ding or minuscule scratch and that's it. It kind of has to look unrealistically good and clean. Keep looking!

 

What grade would this be is does have a very nice Luster?

 

67 is a very high grade. Almost perfect. You can't find an MS 67 that has been in circulation for 50 years.
If it is an MS coin, and clear photos of both sides are nec. just to guess.
It could be MS 63. But if the scratches have even lightly broken the surface it
is a "details" coin. Which is damaged. It could be AU-details.

 

All of these coins have been rolled in my father's collection for at least 30 years

 

And there's thousands upon thousands

 

Maybe a 64 tops as those scratches really bring it down. It would make a nice hole filler in an album.
