Try and grade this 1995 toned cent

Here's a 1995 cent toned coin . I got this in a roll it was the first coin out of the roll what a beauty. I would like if you could grade this one The coin looks like this in person just a little lighter Thanks.

Gotta sharpen the pics a mite Joe, little blurry.

 

chemically altered in some way even with those pics, possibly at the mint, maybe not.

 

I grade it BU (blurry uncirculated.)

to grade it I need to see grade sensitive areas clearly. It looks unc and I defer to AZ Jack on toning.

 

I will get better pics up soon I have to get another tripod it 's stripped , I guess my hands are shaking to much. Sorry guys about that. Thanks for the feedback.
