I'll go 65 too, but I was leaning toward 64. This is my '25-S, acquired a few weeks ago. Not as nice as the OP's for sure.
That 25-S looks net graded, but I can’t tell what for, the luster looks fine, and the coin doesn’t have an over dipped look. Strange
Seller's poor photo. Discoloration on the obverse is not as objectionable in hand as it appears in the photo.
The pic was posted prior to my response BUT I was on the right track, I pulled out 2 of my 25's one MS 62 & one MS 63. I was leaning 63, guess I overgraded. Semper Fi
64. I agree That there is something strange with the luster difference between the obverse and reverse.
