1900 German City of Ludwigshafen Proof Gold

    Trying to find out a little more on this coin. Googled it and there is some info on this coin. It’s a 1/10 ounce coin. BDA6F782-E604-40C4-A7AF-0336E913F495.jpeg

    This looks like a modern series piece. The legend states that this is the city's coat of arms circa 1900 while the other side gives a city view of Ludwigshafen on the Rhine and calls it the city of chemistry.

    Sorry, missed this post. Note it’s not a coin, but a medal and I wouldn’t be so sure it’s made of fine gold.
