Although your avatar says "New Member" I see you joined in Oct. 2018, so I assume you've been semi-following CT for a while. As such, you should have read, more than once, that you should always post FULL IMAGE photos (after uploading, click full image) of the complete obverse and reverse of the coin, with as little neutral background as possible. Crop the photo and make sure it is in good focus and correctly orientated, then post closeups of areas you have questions about, and you'll get much better responses.
I see an extremely worn coin with flattened letters. Due to the fact in earlier years mint marks were punched into the die, it wasn't possible to have true doubling on the mint mark.
I agree with Phil. Better photos are needed. That said, with the photos provided, I only see PMD. Thx for serving Phil
