    All Jefferson nickels 1964 and before have the mint mark on the reverse. It's not an error.

    The mint mark is correct and yes, that is a die crack at the right bottom of Monticello.

    Apparently you have yet to buy a Red Book as suggested. This MM question could have been easily answered by you with a simple opening of the book.

    The question was unclear. What negative photo? Of course lighting on a photo is important and can completely change the look of a coin.

    On the reverse off of the lower right corner of Monticello, next to the last A in AMERICA by the mintmark is a small raised line going to the rim. That is a tiny die crack. No Added Value but nice. Otherwise the coin is normal. Mintmarks in that area are normal for the date.
