    :0 Wow beautiful toning on this. I'll take a pot shot with a MS64. The holder looks like NGC, but it looks too old for the star designation.

    MS 63 bumped to MS 64 due to end roll toning.

    I'm at MS63. Too many hits on the cheek to go any higher in my opinion.

    Normally, I would agree, Doc. The toning on the obverse might have given it a slight bump, enough to be 64.
