Just give it time as it comes slowly. There is so much sometimes. Do what you can and stop buying from your friends until you do learn.

Hey you don't have to pay extra for coins that are damaged from circulation. You can get rolls of them from our banks for face value. If you want to collect error coins just like I told you before , You need to learn what the more valuable ones look like before trying to look thru coins for errors. until you learn more you can easily just overlook the good ones if you was to get lucky and get one from circulation. I would suggest not buying error coins off ebay until you learn what to look for. A lot of beat and banged up coins are being sold on the internet as error coins.

 

I have a sister in law from Manila , She is a really nice person and all of my family loves her to death. I gave her a few old silver Philippian coins from my collection that were made here in the USA for the Philippian people during the war. She was really pleased with them.
