Beautiful coin and it doesn't appear to have been cleaned or whizzed that I can see. LOVE CoinTalk but wish it had the capability to enlarge the image when you have the cursor over a portion of the coin (like a magnifying glass). It's very important to see as much detail as pictures allow. Point me in the right direction and I'll suggest it. Thanks for your opinions!

When you upload your images there is a button next to each image that says
"Full Image" That makes them display much larger.

I would grade the coin 62 or 63.

Wonder would it not go MS64 65? What takes away the few marks? Look at the stars they have the crosses for example.

The huge hit under her ear immediately crosses out 65. I really cant tell from those pics for 62,63,64. But I am thinking 62 tops.

I plan on getting it slabbed. I like NGC and ICG most. ICG doesn't seem to have a huge following, I guess people have their reasons, but I have had no problems with the ICG slabbed coins I have bought. I also notice a lot of disclaimers with NGC and PCGS that for me compensates for anything graded ICG. Interaction with ICG staff has been pleasant as well and they are prompt with any questions I might have. I have shied away from ANACS mainly as their slabs are inferior. It's okay let me know your thoughts. Thanks

I’ll buy a coin in all 4. But I have learned to look past the holder and buy the coin.

You planning on selling it? If not.... why spend any money on having it slabbed?

I will probably keep it as I love V Nickels. I am coming around to ANACS I just wish they thought more about the holder. They are easily scratched and don't provide for optimal viewing even without damage.

Sweet nickel...... FYI, scratched up slabs can be dressed up nicely with headlight lens polish.

I have had many coins graded just because they were special to me and wanted them in a nice holder. Nothing wrong with that but it's money you will never get back.
