Trausnitz Collection

    Hi, Everyone,

    I recently bought a Roman coin that was at one time in the Trausnitz Collection - does anyone know anything about the Trausnitz Collection? Who was Trausnitz and where was the collection based? I cannot find any information at all and so any help would be gratefully received.

    Nomos AG and Roma Numismatics sold some of his collection, including some really nice gold coins. You can go to Coin Archives and type in Trausnitz to see some of the coins. ---- Edward
