1943 Steelie IDB Unique Die Chip on reverse

The raised metal on the reverse is most likely caused by a damaged die that had previously struck a foreign object / debris causing the damage.
Is there some kind of line on the obverse?

 

Normally that is where the date would be but if the obverse is rotated it could be a die clash.

 

A void after the D in God that goes to the W in We. There is a crack running straight down all the way through bust to opposite rim. I believe some extra metal on Lincoln's jaw.
