Hello everyone, So I went back to the amazing spot where yesterday I found 4 silvers and 14 Wheats. I was there super early in the morning. It was another good metal detecting hunt with some more great US Coins! Silver Barber Dime 1904 Wheat Cents - 20 in total The Barber Dime and a Wheat Cents were found together one on top of the other.
Here is my YouTube video for today - I mentioned 20 Wheat Cents in the Wrap up when the total is actually 25.
I was just about to post! 1920 - 1 1925 - 2 1930 - 1 1935 - 2 1937 - 1 1938 - 2 1939 - 2 1940 - 3 1941 - 2 1942 -1 1945 - 1 1947 - 1 1949 - 1 1950 - 1 1950 S - 1 1951 - 1 1956 - 1 1957 - 1
In post #4, the rest of the finds, what is that in the left corner? Hard to tell from the photo, but if it is a bullet, you may want to turn that over to the police. When I was a young deputy, we searched a park in vain for the bullet that had wounded a child at a party in the park. It could have lead to a conviction if we had found it.
that soil looks very rich, well I guess it's not as rich as it was lol but looks like good gardening soil, nice finds!
Thanks. It is worn and looks like someone stamped a circle into it on the Reverse side. But I still love it! I stated that the Dime and one of the Wheat Cents were found stuck together. When I plucked the Dime I saw the Wheat back and it confused me for a second. Then I realized it was a 2 coin spill!
