No, in Europe comas are used as decimal points. three euros thirty five cents would be written 3,35

 

Nope, about US$1200-1500.
The UK (and other countries) us a comma where we would use a decimal.
So it is £750.

I can understand why they're not getting bids.
By the time a bidder finishs reading all that stuff, the auction has closed.

 

At the current exchange rate, it's a little over $1,100.00.
