Well, you don't understand, see I've this problem with my keyboard lately. When I type a six, a three comes out and when I type a one, a five comes out. Whatever happened to Detecto?
Can't see a good pic here ? If a '52, MS67, I guess $40 +/- a few$ would be close. Only 14 graded higher might inflate it $10-12 ???
It would help to know the date and mint mark of this Lincoln Cent. I know that some pieces from the 1950s bring "stupid money" (many hundreds or even thousands of dollars) in red, high grade. BUT that is usually for PCGS graded coins, not NGC. It has to do with the PCGS registry which some people view as more prestigious. Without more information, it's impossible for me to guess. This is not my area in any case. I made the comment about "stupid money" because cents from the '50s had high montages, and many of them have survived, even in roll quantities. The trick is finding them in full red with no spots and virtually no scratches. It's all about "condition rarity." Of course PCGS can control the number of high grade slabs they issue, and that effects the supply and the market price. When they open the flood gates, and that has happened, the prices will fall. That's why I would advise collectors to "tred softly" when you pay good money for these certified coins.
