I think it may be MS, not FBL, and the toning, to me, has seriously poor eye appeal.

 

Ugly as sin. It'd be my first MS cull.

 

Nah, I disagree. This looks like fairly standard mint set toning, and with the luster it appears decently attractive. I'd guess 65 on the grade.

 

Ok... new pictures. I tried to capture the bell lines as best I could.

 

I would say no; too much blending to left of bell lines.

 

With these new pictures, I think yes, it is probably FBL.

 

It’s so difficult to capture the lines

 

I used to collect FBL Franklins. Capturing the bell lines accurately is absolutely one of the hardest things to show accurately in a photo.

 

Here’s my take: I don’t know if it will come back with FBL, but either way, I think the coin will 66 and with Mint Set toning will more than get me the fees back.
