Maybe Maesa?

The only empress that comes to mind with this hairstyle seems to be Julia Maesa.

However, I can't find a Fecunditas(?) reverse that matches on Wildwinds.

It's not Fecunditas. The "centration dimples" identify it as a Roman provincial issue, not an imperial one. Fecunditas -- the the best of my knowledge -- only appears on Imperial issues.

It's likely Julia Domna on the basis of the hairstyle and the MNA CEB visible on the obverse in front of the bust. On the reverse, I see a standing female figure holding a vertical object, such as a torch, scepter, or rudder, and a cornucopiae.

Compare the obverse of your coin to this one of Marcianopolis:

I was literally wondering the exact same thing - thanks for that valuable information!
    Certainly helps narrow things down.

Looks like the deity could be Dikaiosyne, Tyche, or Genuis.

Thanks for leading me down the right path!

Dikaiosyne holds scales and I'm not sure that's what we're seeing here. Genius doesn't appear on provincial issues. If I were to assign a probability, I'd say most likely Tyche, who is the figure most commonly seen on provincial issues with a cornucopiae.
