I'd buy up whatever 1943 copper and 1909-S VDB lincoln cents were available, and toss them in my emptied pool. Then I'd use the rest of the money to buy a truckload of common date lincolns and dump them on top. Then I post directions to my house in the cointalk contests section and kick back on a recliner with some brewskis as the mayhem begins..

The rules are: no tossing coins out, you can only use your hands or those little plastic sandshovels, and, of course, NO DIVING.

I'd get one of those, in addition to a 68+ 1917 type I. The a Flying Eagle Proof. Truthfully, I purchase coins as art and I'd need to see what it was that enthralled me.

What I would do is go to one of the largest dealers and buy 500K in something I would be certain I could cash for at least as much or as little loss as possible. As I'm buying 500K I should be able to get what ever it is at a steal and be able to sell off at a small profit.

Now that I am over losing any of it to a will stipulation I would take my time and buy top of class coins and notes as they come available in the market - selling off the original coins to pay for what I find that I really want.

I was kind of thinking I would send an empty envelope with $$$$$ all over the outside. That would be a kodak moment.

Here's what I'd buy (you might have a good idea of what's to follow :D):

A complete set of Lincoln Cents grading MS-65 R, 1909-1958 (duh :D, but that 26-S eats up most of the inheritance!!! :D)
Then I'd do a complete set of AU Lincoln Cents
Then a complete set of XF Lincoln Cents
Then a complete set of VF Lincoln Cents
Then a complete set of F Lincoln Cents
    Then a VG set
    Then a G set
    Then an AG set. :D

(I've been thinking about trying to do something like this, except of course, the MS-65 R set, haha, but would be neat to do something like this IMHO. :D)

I'm pretty sure I've eaten up all of my inheritance, if I didn't go over. :D If I have some left, I'll buy some Roman coins, and then allow the Squirrels to go live with Frank. :D

    Phoenix
