Right.i understand what you're saying. However, I was told that the metal is soft and could easily be maneuvered
A rotated die is an error. Your coin isn't. Why do you have to be right about this? There is NOTHING in the minting process that can create the damage your coin has. As said before, the only person that knows how it was made is the person that purposely did it, after it left the mint.
You wouldn't be related Churchill would you? "never give in, never give in, never, never, never, never-in nothing".
A rotated die is when one Absolutely not!, No way, no how. It is not, can not be an error. If the die rotates, it is just a small shift it can't rotate rapidly causing swirling damage.
Your being a fool. And only looking more foolish as you press your ignorance of the facts. Give it up and let the thread die.
I'll vote a past member with a bone to pick. Next we will be called rude and insulting. We are being played.
Now I'm confused. Thanks for all your help. ...I think. You guys should really put the coins down n look up every now n then because y'all have forgotten how to be polite. Where's your manners? Seems to me that not all of y'all had bad moms so why are you treating me as if you were not taught not to pick on girls not to hit girls and treat them with respect? This edited ain't fair. I have only Lil ol me has a lil ol brain that's as big as yours. Only difference is...i chose to keep mine active ...EVEN IF IT IS SLOW! edited
They may have nothing better to do than read post made by uneducated people on the subject and pick on them. It makes their edited! Worse than trigger happy police.
You may not realize it but that warning applies/applied to you as well as them ! There will not be another warning.
The issue is this. You admit to being uneducated about coins and the minting process, yet you want to tell us we're rude and not knowledgeable because we say your coin is damage after it left the mint. The easiest way to learn isn't doubting the experts. There are many videos you can pull up that shows and explains the minting process. I suggest you throw this coin in a roll and return it to the bank, then come back and post after doing a little research.
Don't be - read the replies from well-known members - they're well known, well versed and well meaning regarding numismatics and the minting process - read, comprehend, accept and learn - next coin, please
