very nice guys! I was bidding on some on Ebay but I get outbid all the time. Ill get one cheap sooner or later
Here is one: Here is another one but I guess a better term for it is multiple strike Another one: And an off center core:
Ya, but i know where you got yours, and he's very well priced. they were going for 9 - 13$ each, depending on if you can see the date or not. i'm aiming for under 5$
It is. The more of the date you can see, the more it is worth. two of my (with the dates) would go for about $8, and the other for $5. While mralexanderb's 1990 would go for $20+ (love that coin by the way mralexanderb). stainless
So, I imagine that the more off-centered is more desirable as well. So, a coin that is 75% off rather than 50% off-centered is better. But, then dates are also important. Put those together...the farther off-centered they are the harder it is to have a full date and therefore the more desirable. Do I have that right?
It's kinda like that. Dates are most important...along with trying to get it as off-centered as possible. 20% to 60% is the norm for moderns. Coins that are struck slightly off centered are just called "broadstrikes". stainless
