I think that's a pretty good resemblance of Reagan. Where all 24 coins dated 2005?

Well i have to say that would be a nice change if the mint, would mint something like that for bussiness stricks. I am getting tired of the rosevelt dime. The reagan coin is nice i like it. The ultra cameo proofs really bring the design out don't they/

No more dead presidents on coins , we need another Teddy Roosevelt with the vision to make our coins great again .

I have seen those before and have really wanted to pick one up. I know there are a ton of .999 fine silver plated examples out there...but I want to get one of the pure silver examples. I know they aren't a real coin, and I don't think Reagan should replace Roosevelt on the dime...but I do like those.

I also agree that we need to get away from dead president's on our coins. I would love to see us return to something a little more symbolic.

We need a Teddy Roosevelt on a common circulating coin.

I don't think it's a good likeness. I would not be able to identify that as Reagan unless I was told beforehand.

I heard Grover Nordquist (sp?) was really pushing for a Reagan dime, but Nancy Reagan refused since she claimed Reagan was a big fan of FDR and wouldn't want to replace him.

The Reagan $10 bill didn't happen either, though it was apparently bandied about congress.

It looks like Regan is almost 3/4 turned away from the front. Who wants to see the back of his head?

Modern coinage should have portraits of a person facing forward or 3/4 frontage. The 2005 and 2006 Jefferson nickels had the right look to them. I'm still waiting for a teddy Roosevelt coin.

I think the Reagan dimes were made at the same place that does our coin club's presidential medals.

Some of the members of the coin club have had some nice examples of them. They're interesting but I don't think I would be in favor of changing the design (really a moot point anyway).

My Dad got one of these in change, atleast a year ago. He saved it for me and it was the first time I had ever seen one. I still have it, a pure silver, circulated proof
