1992d Lincoln transitional question

    a member over on Lincolncentresource.com has found a few of them, but there is a catch.

    he looks & goes thru millions of pennies if your considering finding one by looking thru rolls

    the total amt graded by NGC (6) and PCGS (5) is 11 if this helps any
