1961-D- Lincoln cent Flipped Triple strike

    wow, Im my opinion it is authentic, all the designs are the right direction, none are reversed like you would expect from a squeeze job..
    nice 'authentic' coin

    It's a transparent fake. The soft, blended overlap of first and second-strike design elements is a dead giveaway. The second strike was produced with fake dies.

    I'm not an expert but by what I can see on the reverse, the strong strike is the last strike and so the weak strike is UNDER it. You cannot fake that unless the strong strike is the fake die strike. :kewl:

    So are you saying the strong strike (last strike) on the reverse was made by fake dies? :rolleyes:

    Ps: I say that's a candidate for sending in to ANACS or PCGS. :thumb:
