Morgan 1889-CC Grade?

    Hi!

    Anyone with a second opinion on this 1889-CC Morgan Dollar?
    I have not seen it in hand, but would guess perhaps in the upper VG to lower F. Perhaps a VG10?

    Any other opinions?

    I am also lower than F-12.
    VG-10 sounds right.

    Rim weakness and losing side of eye keep me at VG-10.

    Nice coin that owes no apology for doing its job in commerce. :)

    Thanks for all the input!

    It think it was a decent specimen for the grade.

    It was sold today for $640 inkl BP and I wasn’t the lucky buyer unfortunately.

    It would have fit nicely in the empty slot in my Dansco but not a good fit for empty slot in my wallet at the moment...;)
