Well have just bought the following LOL 2008 Presidential Dollar Proof Set Bronze Medal Louisa Adams Jefferson's Liberty Elizabeth Monroe Abigail Adams Andrew Jackson's Liberty Decided I liked the look of the medals and they were not expensive so they will compliment each other I wonder if I can get a Dansco for both sets (Uncirculated not the proof LOL)
That one (bronze medal) I have too - am not interested in presidential spouses, children, pets, whatever But Lady Liberty on those medals, that is a nice design. Christian

From what I heard, the woman playing lady liberty was the madame for a high priced Philadelphia cathouse. The liberty cap design is based on the wife of the engraver who was angry that he was possibly seeing this woman.
