Finally got my 1st 20 cent piece. What a crazy coin. She’s not the prettiest. But it’ll fill the album slot nicely. Spent several hours in acetone hoping it would lighten the reverse stain.
Another monitor civil war token to add to my collection. Fuld 240/341a R1. This token was distributed by New York City token maker Charles D. Horter and his initials appear on the obverse die. The obverse die used to strike this token was later reconditioned which resulted in weakening of the die details, CDH and flag pole, but still great detail.
not a rare one but I love the reverse on this 1884 O ( told VAM 29 ) graded as regular but I got it due to the toning. Does look like its a O over O though
I bought a stack of beat up one dollar notes ($57) and this beauty was in it plus a beat up Hawaii note
Been really slow for me since the covid crisis started since all shows and shops have been shut down. I Bought a roll of dimes when silver was at $12. Finally got to go through them and found this. It's not much, but worth keeping aside from the junk. Also bought a bunch of standing quarters at 13x face. All post-1925 with full dates. This one had the best look.
Yes, 134 and better struck than most examples that I've seen considering that this was the second marriage for each die.
Ok. Now I’m single and don’t have my ex bleeding me dry I can get back to buying coins I missed this one in 2015. Bought for the same money. I paid heavy for it but what a beauty. Pcgs ms 62
